- Oversized covered arena with Ottosport and GGT footing (used at WEG and other international events)
- Luxury barn with oversized stalls padded with Stall Mattress
- Full breeding lab
- Round pen
- Large newly fenced pastures with shelters
- Ten miles of trails on site
